The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Shipping days - Monday - Friday. Won't Ship on - Weekends and Bank Holidays.

All payments are secure as they are done through paypal and this website has a valid SSL certificate to keep all your information safe. This website accepts paypal accounts and debit/credit cards.
Paypal keeps your payment information secure. I never receive your credit card information.
*I gladly accept returns and cancellations*
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
*I don't accept exchanges*

*The following items can't be returned or exchanged*
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom/personalised orders or commissions
- Digital downloads
*Conditions of return*
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Custom/personalised orders, Commissions and Commerical work*
If you are interested in a custom order or a commission then please get in touch by email as I am more than happy to discuss projects which need a special piece of art. If you are needing a piece of art for commerical use then I can easily discuss a contract with you by email.

Frequently asked questions.
*Custom and personalised orders*
**Please request a custom order by sending an email so you can receive more info about the process and it will allow me to create a private listing for you on this website.
**Or select a premade custom order listing that will be available on my store which will have all the details in the listings info.
PLEASE READ: I unfortunately can't accept returns for custom orders unless they arrive damaged so please keep this in mind before ordering. Thank you.
*Lost or Damaged Packages*
**If your order arrives damaged please contact me asap. Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging if that is damaged also. I will do my best to sort the situation out and replace the items or give you a full refund.
**If your parcel doesn't arrive after 4 weeks please contact me asap. I will use the proof of purchase or tracking number (if you upgraded your shipping) at the post office to try to find out what happened to it. If this fails I will either send a replacement or give a full refund.
**If your order becomes damaged or lost for a 2nd time I will give you a full refund but won't be able to send any replacements.
*Wrong Address, Returning orders/items to me*
PLEASE READ: If you put the wrong address then I am not responsible for the lost parcel and I won't be able to resend the items or give a refund until the package is returned to me.
**To be sure your order reaches you safely you have 6 hours from when you purchased your items to contact me and change your address to the correct one.
**Once the parcel is out of my hands and at the post office I can't change your address.
**If your order becomes lost when you return items to me then I am not responsible for the package and I can't resend any items. Depending on the situation i may consider partial refunds.
*How Items are made, Computer Monitors*
**All my items are drawn by myself (Sarah) and they belong to me (Glass Bunny Studios). Please don't use my artwork without permission or please give credit if sharing with others.
**I create all my items at home using various machines so each item is individually made and may slightly vary but I try to keep them as close as possible to the listing.
**Computer Monitors may slightly change the colour of items in the photos and printing settings may also do the same but I will try to get the colours as close as possible to the actual colours of the item.
